Conference App
NCASC22 will be a paperless conference and all information including the programme will be available via an app. Please find below a simple userguide to help you download, register and use the app…
Download:
All conference participants should download the app from your app store – search for “EF Event App” , follow this link: https://ncasc-2022.vcd-eventsforce.com/native_app/store_url or use the QR code below.
Register:
Register your app by entering your email address and the password issued to you alongside your badge QR code. You will be asked to change your password when first accessing the app.
Choose your event:
Some colleagues may see a number of events on this screen – select NCASC 2022
Using the app:
The landing page of the app will display key messages, upcoming sessions and a menu. The menu includes:
- Home: click the home button at any time to come back to the main home screen.
- Agenda: to view the full conference programme – click into each session for more information. You will alos be able to add notes and to add to your own conference schedule. You can also click on the location to find out exactly where to go on a site map.
- Exhibitor: to view all our exhibitors, find out more information about the organisation, contacts, notes and a site map for the main exhibition hall.
- Sponsors: here you will find out more information on our main conference sponsors: IMPOWER
